It started with two women who have remained committed to creating signature recipes, made from scratch, with fine ingredients, inspired by classic European traditions.

Sharon Butler & Mary Pat Pace
Owners Sharon Butler and Mary Pat Pace and founded The BonBonerie in 1983, brought together by a shared love of pastry, real ingredients, and thoughtful craftsmanship. For over four decades, their partnership has been guided by simple but enduring principles: creating pastries that are both beautiful and delicious, treating customers and staff with care, valuing art and community, and maintaining balance in life and work.
