At BonBonerie, our rule is that everything we make must be two things: beautiful and delicious.
That means using quality ingredients like sweet cream butter, cane sugar, fresh lemon juice and zest, Belgian chocolate, and real vanilla from Madagascar. We create everything by hand in the BonBonerie kitchens, including all our doughs, icings, syrups, batters, and fillings. Each of our original recipes have been reworked and refined over years to create pastry that is unique, perfected, and delicious.
Our extremely talented staff of bakers and decorators can customize almost anything for your special event. From astonishing cake centerpieces to hand-cut cookies, everything is crafted with the utmost care by true artists in their field.

Opera Cream Torte
For over thirty years, this has been our signature cake. This double chocolate chip cake is filled and iced with our rich vanilla opera cream filling. The layers are enrobed with a rich chocolate glaze and decorated with Belgian chocolate shavings. We elegantly garnish the torte with white chocolate buttercream rosettes and hand-cut white chocolate diamonds.

Carrot Cake
Our carrot cake adheres to what we think is the best version of a classic. Pure and simple, the cake itself is made with fresh carrots. There are no raisins, or pineapple to confuse your palate. We fill and frost it with our perfect cream cheese frosting while we generously coat the sides with fresh walnuts. Carrot Cake, BonBonerie style!

Ordering from BonBonerie
At this time, we do not offer online ordering. You can place an order by calling us at 513-321-3399 or visiting us during our business hours, 10am-4pm Monday through Saturday. We recommend ordering in advance to make sure you get all what you need.
Custom cakes require at least 7 business days' notice. Custom cookies and cupcakes require at least 3 business days' notice. We recommend placing your order as soon in advance as possible because we can get booked up, especially during holidays.

Cutting Oversized Cakes

Tools you'll need:
long knife (serrated if possible), paper towels, container of hot water, wax sheets for handling cake slices
When cutting, dip your knife in hot water and wipe with a paper towel. Place knife point into the cake and slide the rest of the knife down until you hit the base. Remove cake slice and wrap in wax sheet. For best results, repeat this for each slice.
Serving sizes are based on slices 3.5-4" tall, 3.5" across, and .5" wide.
Our tortes need to be kept refrigerated but should be served at room temperature (Carrot Cake should be kept in the refrigerator until serving). Let the cake sit out at room temperature for around 2 hours for 6" & 9" cakes and 3-4 hours for 11"-18" single tier or multiple tier cakes.
